How we represent you

  1. Shop stewards and reps empowered to vigorously defend members, and a full reform slate across the executive board and all seven chapters.
  2. Monthly chapter leaders meetings for real communication and support.
  3. Recognize and pay for the work members actually do. Where members carry supervisory or higher-level duties without the title, authority, or pay, create the title and compensate it.
  4. Fair, transparent advancement: open promotional exams and transfers so no title stays stuck while other titles move up.
  5. Better working conditions for every title: telecommuting where the work allows, the right equipment and facilities, parking and access, and real training.
  6. A cross-title coalition: organizing with clerks, court reporters, and other DC 37 titles.
