- Shop stewards and reps empowered to vigorously defend members, and a full reform slate across the executive board and all seven chapters.
- Monthly chapter leaders meetings for real communication and support.
- Recognize and pay for the work members actually do. Where members carry supervisory or higher-level duties without the title, authority, or pay, create the title and compensate it.
- Fair, transparent advancement: open promotional exams and transfers so no title stays stuck while other titles move up.
- Better working conditions for every title: telecommuting where the work allows, the right equipment and facilities, parking and access, and real training.
- A cross-title coalition: organizing with clerks, court reporters, and other DC 37 titles.
